Publishing hub

Publishing services for independent studios

Funding, marketing, QA, certification, localisation and AR/VR porting — run by our own team in Copenhagen, under one contract, with the IP staying where it belongs.

What we do

Six services, one publisher

Funding & Co-Development

Milestone-based development funding for a defined revenue share. Terms are agreed in writing before a single milestone is signed off, and studios keep their IP.

  • Milestone-based cash flow
  • Studio retains IP ownership
  • Written terms before kick-off

Global Marketing & User Acquisition

Store-page optimisation, wishlist campaigns, creator outreach and paid acquisition across EU, UK and North America, run by our own team rather than resold.

  • Steam & console store pages
  • Creator and press outreach
  • Paid UA on Microsoft, Google and Meta

QA & Certification

Functional, compatibility and compliance QA against first-party requirements, so a submission does not come back from certification twice.

  • Functional & regression passes
  • Device-matrix compatibility
  • First-party cert checklists

Localisation & Age Ratings

Translation, LQA and rating submissions to PEGI, ESRB and USK, including the content declarations each board requires.

  • 12 European + 3 Asian languages
  • Linguistic QA in-build
  • PEGI / ESRB / USK submissions

AR / VR Porting

Bringing flat-screen titles to Meta Quest, SteamVR and mobile AR: interaction redesign, comfort work and a performance budget that actually holds.

  • Quest standalone 72–90 Hz budgets
  • Comfort and accessibility passes
  • Passthrough & mixed-reality modes

Analytics & LiveOps

Post-launch telemetry, patch cadence and community operations, with a privacy-first data model that keeps you inside GDPR.

  • GDPR-first telemetry design
  • Patch and hotfix pipeline
  • Community & support operations

How the deal works

The commercial terms, before you pitch

You should be able to judge whether we are worth talking to without a call. So here is the shape of the deal up front.

Funding is milestone-based

We pay against agreed, written milestones — not against promises. Nothing is contingent on marketing performance, and there are no clawbacks on money already released.

You keep your IP

Our standard agreement leaves ownership of the game and its IP with the studio. We hold a publishing licence for defined territories, platforms and a defined term.

Plain-language term sheets

Revenue share, recoupment order, territories, platforms and exit conditions sit on one page in ordinary language. Anything in the long-form contract is also in the term sheet.

Terms above describe our standard publishing agreement. Every deal is negotiated individually and nothing on this page is an offer or a guarantee of funding, revenue or store placement.

Submissions

How a pitch travels through the studio

  1. Step 01

    Submit

Send us a pitch deck, a build or a vertical slice through the form below. Two pages is enough to start.

  2. Step 02

    First read

A producer reads every submission. You get a written answer within 15 working days — including a no.

  3. Step 03

    Deep dive

If it fits, we play the build, review scope and budget with you and share our honest market read.

  4. Step 04

    Term sheet

A plain-language term sheet: funding, revenue share, territories, platforms, IP. Nothing hidden in an annex.

Submit your project

Send us your game

One form, no account, no NDA before a first read. A producer answers in writing within 15 working days.

  • A two-page deck is enough to start a conversation.
  • A playable build helps far more than a long document.
  • Tell us what is missing — honest scope beats a polished pitch.
  • We read submissions from anywhere; funding is paid in EUR or DKK.

Helps us plan funding and tax paperwork.

A working title is fine.

Drive, Dropbox or a public PDF. No attachments, please.

Target platforms

What is it, who is it for, what is done, what is left? 0/4000

We do not sign NDAs before a first read. Please do not send anything you cannot share.

Questions we get asked before pitching

AR, VR and PC/console titles from independent studios. We look for a playable build or vertical slice, a clear audience and a team that has shipped something before — including small things.

Yes. In our standard publishing agreement the studio retains ownership of its intellectual property. We take a defined revenue share against recouped funding, and the terms are in the term sheet before anything is signed.

A producer reads every submission and you receive a written answer within 15 working days, including when the answer is no.
