Augmented Reality Arts ApS
A Danish video game publisher and AR/VR development studio, registered in Copenhagen since 2021. We build our own titles and publish other people's — and we are transparent about who we are while doing it.
What we do
Augmented Reality Arts ApS was registered in Denmark on 03.11.2021 as an anpartsselskab — a private limited company — with the stated activity of publishing video games. Our office is in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, and our work splits into two halves.
The first is our own development: augmented and virtual reality titles built in-house, from mobile AR that anchors to the street outside to room-scale VR simulation. The second is publishing — funding independent studios, porting their games to headsets, taking them through platform certification, localising them, and getting them in front of players.
We are deliberately a small operation. That means we take on few titles a year, and we would rather say no early than hold a studio in a maybe for six months.
A publisher that ships, not just funds
We run certification, store submissions, localisation and launch ourselves. When a build fails cert, our producers are the ones fixing the submission.

Registered and taxed in Denmark, releasing across the EU, the UK, North America and Japan, with contracts in English and Danish.
